Ipsen in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a 9-month temporary contract. Based in Barcelona with hybrid working, you will manage end-to-end recruitment and develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent across Spain, Portugal, Italy and the MEA Mediterranean region.

Formación

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering.
• Expertise in sourcing and talent pipelining.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Biopharma/healthcare or life sciences experience valued.
• Additional language skills (Spanish, Italian, French or Arabic) are an advantage.

Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner Southern Cluster & MEAM

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a 9-month temporary contract, supporting hiring across Spain, Portugal, Italy and the Middle East & Africa Mediterranean region. Based in Barcelona, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to attract exceptional talent that will help drive Ipsen's growth and innovation. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop proactive sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while helping strengthen Ipsen's employer brand across multiple markets.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
