Galenicum in Catalonia, Spain, is seeking a Recruiting Expert to cover a maternity leave. You will join our Recruiting Team to drive end-to-end hiring for Life Sciences roles, partnering with Hiring Managers to craft profiles and build robust candidate pipelines.

Requirements include at least 2 years in recruiting and Full-Cycle Life Sciences experience, plus a university degree and solid business English. We offer a dynamic workplace with health insurance, flexible scheduling and a buddy

• University degree in Psychology or Sciences.
• Good level of business English, spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Recruiting.
• Experience in Full-Cycle recruiting in Life Sciences is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Co-develop Job Descriptions with Hiring Manager and adjust candidate profile to meet company needs & expectations.
• Post job offer on LinkedIn, universities, company website and others.
• Source, screen, telephone interviews, first interviews, provide written assessment and schedule final candidates.
• Review Hiring Managers resumes and prepare them for the interview if needed.
• Close hiring process with final candidate and offer-letter.
• Provide feedback to all discarded candidates and maintain interview records.
• Involve Hiring Managers in the recruiting process and in an active recruiting role.
• Train Hiring Managers to follow recruiting policy and processes.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to internal Hiring Manager and Candidate, communicating in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed recruiting deadlines.
• Meet weekly quotas related to interviews, calls and e-mails.
• Proactively source talent and network with candidates; maintain pipeline.
• Manage LinkedIn and other recruiting supports.
• Maintain all feedback records and reporting.
• Attend university events.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum 2 years experienced in Recruiting.
• Experienced in Full- Cycle recruiting in the Life Sciences Industry highly desired.

Educational milestone:

• University degree, preferable in Psychology or Sciences.
• Good level of business English, spoken and written.
