EA First is seeking a Systems Operations Manager to lead a talented team across Europe, ensuring reliable delivery of critical IT services for a major merger-driven operation. You will oversee servers, infrastructure, and interactions with Infrastructure ops teams and third-party vendors.

The role requires hands-on governance experience, strong team leadership, and proven ability to manage IT service delivery frameworks within a complex, global environment.

We are excitedly partnering, on an exclusive basis with a global organisation who are playing a hugely important role in the combat against the carbon impact of packaging.

With operations across multiple continents, this highly successful client has recently completed one of the biggest mergers in their industry.

This merger now puts them as the largest operator in the world, and a chance to lead and make real meaningful impact and change.

As the Systems Operations Manager, you will have management of a team for a highly critical area of their business covering their European operations.

Managing a highly talented team, overseeing servers, other critical business systems and interacting with Infrastructure ops teams, dealing with 3rd part vendors will be paramount in this role.

You will have proven experience of:

• Managing teams
• Practical hands-on knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, processes, systems and relevant governance frameworks

Salary €71-80k + bonus
