Mindmatch is seeking a Systems Operations Manager to oversee a European operations team and ensure the reliability of critical servers and business systems.

You will work with Infrastructure operations and third-party vendors to deliver IT services, implement governance frameworks, and lead a talented team across multiple continents, driving improvements and ensuring high availability and performance.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in IT operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale server environments.
• Knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, processes, and governance.

As the Systems Operations Manager, you will have management of a team for a highly critical area of their business covering their European operations.

Managing a highly talented team, overseeing servers, other critical business systems and interacting with Infrastructure ops teams, dealing with 3rd part vendors will be paramount in this role. xkdbapo

You will have proven experience of:

• Managing teams


• Managing large scale server environments


• Practical hands-on knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, processes, systems and relevant governance frameworks

Salary €71-80k + bonus
