Ea First is seeking a Systems Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team across its European operations. You will supervise servers and other critical business systems while collaborating with Infrastructure ops and 3rd party vendors.

You will have proven experience managing teams and hands-on knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, governance, and processes to ensure reliable service delivery. This role is based in Europe with potential travel as needed.

As the Systems Operations Manager, you will have management of a team for a highly critical area of their business covering their European operations.

Managing a highly talented team, overseeing servers, other critical business systems and interacting with Infrastructure ops teams, dealing with 3rd part vendors will be paramount in this role.

You will have proven experience of:

• Managing teams
• Practical hands-on knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, processes, systems and relevant governance frameworks

Salary €71-80k + bonus
