Ea First is seeking a Systems Operations Manager to oversee European operations, leading a talented team responsible for critical servers and business systems. You will interact with Infrastructure operations and manage third-party vendors to ensure reliable IT service delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with large-scale server environments and governance frameworks to drive stable operations and continuous improvements across the region.

With operations across multiple continents, this highly successful client has recently completed one of the biggest mergers in their industry. This merger now puts them as the largest operator in the world, and a chance to lead and make real meaningful impact and change. As the Systems Operations Manager, you will have management of a team for a highly critical area of their business covering their European operations. Managing a highly talented team, overseeing servers, other critical business systems and interacting with Infrastructure ops teams, dealing with 3rd part vendors will be paramount in this role. You will have proven experience of: Managing teams Managing large scale server environments Practical hands-on knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, processes, systems and relevant governance frameworks

• Salary €71-80k + bonus
