Airbus Defence And Space is recruiting for a System Engineer (Military Derivatives) to contribute to HEALTH MANAGEMENT systems on aircraft, shaping architecture, design and verification for airworthiness and serviceability. You will collaborate across disciplines to drive integration, testing support and certification in a multinational aerospace setting.

Role requires 2–3 years of professional experience, on-board hardware/software lifecycle knowledge, and strong Spanish and English

Formación

• 2–3 years of professional experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience in on-board hardware and software design life-cycle.
• Proven ability to capture and verify requirements.
• Supplier management experience is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead systems engineering activities to specify, develop, integrate, qualify and certify health management systems.
• Define HUMS architecture and act as HW/SW designer for on-board big data architectures.
• Identify development lifecycle activities to meet regulation and program requirements.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements for product development.
• Oversee integration of health management systems on aircraft.
• Specify and support lab, ground and flight tests for development, certification, and qualification (V&V).

In this role you contribute to HEALTH MANAGEMENT systems for multiple aircraft, shaping architecture, design and verification to ensure airworthiness and serviceability. You work within the Health Management team to define, develop and certify HUMS and related on-board architectures, collaborating across disciplines and with suppliers. The opportunity blends systems engineering with hardware/firmware considerations on a challenging military derivatives program. You will drive integration, testing support, and certification activities in a multinational, aerospace-focused environment.

• Elaborate product detailed design per allocated requirements and architecture

• Experience in on-board hardware and software design life-cycle and supplier management
• Solid understanding of requirements capture, verification/validation and qualification processes
• Experience with procurement activities and supplier monitoring
• Experience in aerospace defense programs is beneficial

• Strong Spanish and English communication skills
