Airbus Defence And Space seeks a Fuel and Fire Protection Systems Engineer to contribute to MBSE-driven development for aircraft fuel, inerting and fire protection systems. The role involves collaborating with Integrators and program stakeholders, specifying equipment, supporting V&V and certification, and providing on-site support at FAL.

Ideal candidates have a aeronautical or industrial engineering background and at least 5 years in systems engineering, with strong English and Spanish

In this role you will contribute to the development of Fuel, Inerting and Fire Protection Systems for cabin and non-pressurized areas, including mission platform fire protection. You will work with cross-functional teams to specify equipment, support V&V and certification, and provide on-site support at FAL. The position focuses on integrating fire protection solutions within aircraft systems and collaborating with integrators and stakeholders. This opportunity offers hands‑on impact in safety‑critical systems and exposure to MBSE methodologies.

• Languages: Advanced level in English & Spanish (both written & spoken)
