The student will support the team in transforming data into actionable insights, improving reporting and standardization, and contributing to projects that enhance quality, operational performance, repair operations, and customer experience. Working closely with engineers, quality professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders, the student will help drive greater visibility, consistency, standardization, and operational excellence across team processes and performance management. In addition to analytics and reporting activities, the student will participate in engineering and quality initiatives related to process improvement, operational excellence, repair operations, quality monitoring, cost and efficiency improvements, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, visibility, quality, and decision‑making through better use of data and standard methodologies. Support the implementation of continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the team.

  • Business Analytics & Reporting: Learn and leverage Microsoft Power BI to develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and data‑driven insights. Support the collection, consolidation, and analysis of engineering, quality, operational, and business performance data. Create visualizations and reports that provide actionable insights into team performance, quality trends, operational efficiency, and project progress. Assist in the automation, simplification, and standardization of recurring reporting activities.
