Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a Professional to manage supplier relationships and contract performance in a permanent role. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure On Time delivery, quality conformance and cost control, while leading corrective actions and supplier development initiatives.

Based in Seville, the role requires strong collaboration with SCQM and customer sites to sustain procurement performance and ethical standards.

Formación

• Experience in supplier management and contract management.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and non-conformity handling.
• Ability to analyze KPIs (OTD, quality, cost) and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Act as focal point towards suppliers for operational activities and contract management.

• Manage Non Conformity containment (L1) in regards to customer protection and secondary flows.
• Create/eradicate quality inspection plans in collaboration with SCQM and stakeholders.
• Provide consolidated forecasts to suppliers and ensure adequate capacity.
• Identify supplier risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Lead supplier performance improvement projects and long-term development targets.
• Contribute to Supplier Evaluation Development (SED) and present KPIs at reviews.
• Maintain close communication with internal customer sites to ensure delivery.

Job Description:

• Act as focal point towards the suppliers for operational activities and contract management, and as ambassador of the supplier toward internal functions.
• Manage supply chain & quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for On Time, On Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance.
• Manage Non Conformity containment (L1) in regards to customer protection and secondary flows.
• Identify the need and create/prepare/eradicate necessary quality inspection plans in close collaboration with SCQM and in alignment with stakeholders
• Provide consolidated forecast to suppliers and ensure that suppliers will have the required capacity. Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development.
• Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Work out short term recovery plans and containment actions with the supplier.
• Inform and collaborate with SCQM- Supply Chain Quality Management and support root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions and improvement measures.
• Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects, set long term development targets together with the suppliers and in coordination with the Supplier Development Team.
• Contribute to the annual Supplier Evaluation Development (SED).
• Present the situation of the supplier on operational performance (KPIs e.g. OTD-On Time Delivery) during MFT meetings and/or VRBs-Vendor Review Boards.
• Maintain a close communication and coordination with the operational teams at internal customer sites San Pablo North, to ensure the contribution of all relevant functions to the delivery of procured goods or services.
• Ensure ethical & compliance way of working in accordance with the Airbus Code of Conduct.
