Airbus Defence & Space in Sevilla is seeking a Junior Supply Officer to join the Supply Management team. You will act as the focal point for suppliers, manage contract scope across operations and quality, and contribute to supplier development and risk mitigation.

This role emphasizes On Time Delivery and close collaboration with SCQM. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, a related engineering degree, and strong Excel/Sheets skills with advanced English.

Formación

• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Experience: Junior level (1-3 years experience).
• Soft skills: Problem Solving Skills; Analytical Skills; Capable of coordinating a MFT.
• Languages: Advanced level in English.
• Technical knowledge: Advanced Level in Excel / Gsheet; Data analysis skills.
• Nice to have: SAP - MM module

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Non Conformity containment and coordinate corrective actions with SCQM.

Job Description: A job opportunity as Supply Officer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Tablada (Sevilla).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The successful candidate will join the Supply Management team.
• Act as focal point towards the suppliers for operational activities and contract management, and as ambassador of the supplier toward internal functions.
• Manage supply chain & quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for On Time, On Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance.
• Manage Non Conformity containment (L1) in regards to customer protection and secondary flows.
• Identify the need and create/prepare/eradicate necessary quality inspection plans in close collaboration with SCQM and in alignment with stakeholders.
• Provide consolidated forecast to suppliers and ensure that suppliers will have the required capacity.
• Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development.
• Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Work out short term recovery plans and containment actions with the supplier.
• Inform and collaborate with SCQM- Supply Chain Quality Management and support root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions and improvement measures.
• Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects, set long term development targets together with the suppliers and in coordination with the Supplier Development Team.
• Contribute to the annual Supplier Evaluation Development (SED).
• Present the situation of the supplier on operational performance (KPIs e.g. OTD-On Time Delivery) during MFT meetings and/or VRBs-Vendor Review Boards.
• Maintain a close communication and coordination with the operational teams at internal customer sites San Pablo North, to ensure the contribution of all relevant functions to the delivery of procured goods or services.
• Ensure ethical & compliance way of working in accordance with the Airbus Code of Conduct.
