Airbus seeks a skilled coordinator to align the FAL resident team with supply and demand populations, ensuring part availability in warehouse stock on time and with required quality.

You will interface with Supply Chain, Logistics and Production Planning to drive corrective actions, lead KPI deployment for Planning & Scheduling and Production Control, and support strategic initiatives fostering collaboration across the department.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate between FAL resident team and Supply Chain & Logistics to secure on-time, on-quality delivery.
• Interface among FAL team, Supply Chain & Logistics, and production control to resolve issues.
• Coordinate administrative disputes and parasitic flow; escalate when needed.
• Lead performance reviews and deploy KPIs for Planning & Scheduling and Production Control.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to boost cross-functional collaboration and knowledge management.

Job Description:We are looking for a person responsible for the coordination between FAL resident team and the supply and demand population in order to ensure the part availability in warehouse stock is on time and on quality.RESPONSIBILITIES :Challenge to secure on Time / On Quality delivery in accordance with production needs.Missing part follow up to coordinate necessary escalationInterface between FAL resident team and Supply Chain & Logistic.Manage / coordinate administrative disputesCoordinate parasitic flowPropose corrective solution and continuous improvement to improve supply chain flow, based on recurrent issues .Leading the performance reviews inside PIOGP and in permanent coordination with the other performance managers inside Supply Chain Operations, she/he will be responsible for deploying relevant KPIs for the Planning & Scheduling and Production Control activities.
