UTOPIA in Barcelona is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee FF&E procurement, logistics, and on-site installation for luxury hospitality projects. Based on the site, you will coordinate factory production, manage international shipments, and ensure timely deliveries to high-end sites.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E.
• Experience in hospitality or high-end residential projects.
• Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics.
• Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes.
• Ability to manage complex or remote project environments.
• Intermediate English and higher (proficient English).

About the role

About the role We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (FF&E) to oversee the full lifecycle of procurement, logistics, and installation for our hospitality projects in Barcelona. This role combines factory coordination, logistics management, and on‑site execution, including deliveries to remote and complex locations and last mile delivery.
