Utopia is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (FF&E) to oversee procurement, logistics, and installation for our Barcelona hospitality projects. This on-site role combines factory coordination, logistics management, and on-site execution to deliver high-end FF&E across developments.

You will coordinate with international suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, quality control, and smooth installation, contributing to a seamless guest experience and project success.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E.
• Background in hospitality or high-end residential projects.
• Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics.
• Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes.
• Ability to manage complex or remote project environments.
• Intermediate English or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee FF&E production and conduct quality control at factory level.
• Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics (remote or hard-to-access locations).
• Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes.
• Collaborate closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness.
• Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site.
