UTOPIA in Barcelona is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee FF&E procurement, logistics, and on-site installation for luxury hospitality projects. Based on the site, you will coordinate factory production, manage international shipments, and ensure timely deliveries to high-end sites.

The role requires extensive experience in supply chain, a background in hospitality, and strong English. You will work with an international team across design, construction, and procurement to deliver

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E.
• Experience in hospitality or high-end residential projects.
• Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics.
• Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes.
• Ability to manage complex or remote project environments.
• Intermediate English and higher (proficient English).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee FF&E production and conduct quality control at factory level.
• Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics (remote or hard-to-access locations).
• Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes.
• Work closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness.
• Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site.
