• Plan and coordinate student activities, events, and engagement initiatives to encourage participation and community building.
• Monitor programme performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
• Manage operational budgets and resources to support programme objectives efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for students and key stakeholders, resolving enquiries and coordinating effective solutions.
• Developed and maintained strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support programme success.
• Contributed to the continuous enhancement of student services through effective planning, communication, and operational coordination.
