Expanish is seeking a highly organized Operations team member to support student services, administration, and cultural engagement in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for students, ensuring a welcoming environment, smooth administration, and engaging activities.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and multitasking in a multicultural setting. This is a full-time, temporary position for Aug 2026–May 2027, based in Barcelona.

Formación

• Experience in international education or study abroad programs preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee arrival and orientation of new students to ensure a smooth first experience.
• Support students with general requests and be the main contact during office hours.
• Advise students pre-departure and help resolve questions or concerns.
• Cover the school reception during operating hours and assist visitors.
• Serve as the 24-hour emergency contact on a rotational basis.
