Expanish seeks a Student Services Coordinator to join our Barcelona team. You will manage arrival experiences, orientations, and the front-desk, serving as the first contact for students and guiding them through local information, emergencies, and program details.

The role blends administrative coordination, student engagement, and cultural activity planning within a multicultural setting. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Catalan a plus, and a passion for helping students thrive.

Formación

• Native-level Spanish and advanced English required.
• Catalan language is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience in international education or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate arrival and orientation for new students.
• Serve as main contact during office hours and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor payments and maintain student database.
• Organize cultural activities, trips, and workshops.
