Job summary

Leading Edge Aviation is recruiting a Customer Experience Supervisor for our Alhama campus in Spain. The role oversees student welfare, accommodation and cross-department CX activities, reporting to the Centre Manager and closely working with the Oxford team.

This fixed-term maternity cover role is 39 hours per week, at Alhama Campus, with a focus on delivering exceptional student experiences and service continuity in Spain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer experience, student services, operations or administrative environment.
• Strong IT proficiency and confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Demonstrable ability to supervise, motivate and develop a small team.
• Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to prioritising multiple workstreams.
• Confident written and verbal communicator with customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the CX for the Alhama campus, overseeing student welfare and engagement.
• Lead accommodation and third-party service relationships to ensure value and high standards.
• Coordinate pre-arrival onboarding, communications and induction sessions for students.
• Oversee transport, expenses and campus facilities to maintain service quality.
• Drive cross-department collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
