Job summary

Leading Edge Aviation Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Executive for the Alhama Campus to deliver an exceptional student experience. You will support welfare, accommodation, transport and academy administration, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring issues are tracked through to resolution.

The role is full-time (39 hours/week) based at the Alhama Campus with reporting lines to the Centre Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing role.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to log, track and resolve student enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties for visitors with a welcoming approach.
• Log, track and progress student enquiries to resolution.
• Coordinate accommodation and campus logistics for students.
• Provide office administration support and use company software.
• Assist with transport arrangements and travel bookings.
