CAP INGELEC in Madrid is seeking a Structural Design Project Manager to join our design team on major industrial building projects. You will report to the Engineering Department Manager and oversee the civil & structural package design from definition through handover.
The ideal candidate has an engineering degree in Civil Engineering with at least five years of building or industrial facility design experience, strong leadership, and fluent Spanish and English (French a plus).
As part of our organizational development and to support our growth around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are looking for a Structural Design Project Manager to join our design team in Madrid.
Reporting to the Engineering Department Manager, you will be ensuring and maintaining compliance with the technical, regulatory and standard requirements for the Structural discipline. Working autonomously from requirements definition through to project handover, you will manage the civil & structural package design studies and provide technical support throughout the construction phases. More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
You hold an Engineering degree with a specialization in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field and have at least five years of experience in the design of building or industrial facility projects.
You are recognized for your ability to bring operational teams together, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic project environment.
As you may occasionally be involved during the construction phase, you are willing to travel on an occasional basis.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, while French would be an asset.
