Job summary

Cap Ingelec is seeking a Structural Design Project Manager in Madrid to lead civil and structural design studies within our design team. You will ensure compliance with technical, regulatory and standard requirements for the structural discipline.

Reporting to the Engineering Department Manager, you will manage from requirements definition through to handover, supervise drawings and BIM models, prepare tender documentation, and support construction activities on site.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with Civil Engineering specialization.
• At least five years of experience in the design of building or industrial facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Design optimized technical solutions (structural sizing/design, documentation).
• Supervise drawings and models with Design & BIM teams.
• Prepare tender documentation and assess contractors' proposals.
• Take ownership of technical decisions related to your discipline.
• Lead technical meetings and support construction monitoring on site.
• Participate in commissioning activities and pre-handover inspections.
