Cap Ingelec Sa is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Project Manager to be part of our design team in Madrid. You will manage HVAC and plumbing design solutions while ensuring compliance with all project requirements.

This role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 10 years of experience in HVAC design for industrial building projects. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with French as a plus. Join us to take on major technical challenges!

As part of our organizational development and to support our growth aroundmajor industrial building projectsas aGeneral Contractor, we are looking for an HVAC Design Project Manager to join our design team in Madrid.

Reporting to the Engineering Department Manager, you will be ensuring and maintaining compliance with the technical, regulatory and standard requirements for the HVAC discipline. Working autonomously from requirements definition through to project handover, you will manage themechanical package design studies (HVAC, Plumbing...) and provide technical support throughout the construction phases.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Design optimized technical solutions, including the sizing of building services systems and preparation of technical specifications and documentation,

• Supervise the production of design drawings and schematics in coordination with the Engineering and BIM teams,

• Prepare tender documentation, review and critically assess contractors' proposals, and provide technical recommendations,

• Take ownership of the technical solutions and engineering decisions for your discipline, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable standards,

• Lead technical coordination meetings and support the monitoring of construction activities to ensure proper execution on site,

• Participate in commissioning activities and carry out pre-handover inspections and acceptance procedures.

You hold a Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent) and have at least 10 years of experience in the design of HVAC in industrial building projects.

Recognized for your interpersonal skills and technical expertise, you are comfortable working in a collaborative environment. You enjoy working in an international, multicultural context.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, while French would be an asset.
