Horse Technologies, a division of Horse Powertrain Ltd, is seeking a Senior Powertrain Engineer in Spain to lead development planning and validation activities for next-generation powertrain units.

You will drive market studies, align with budgets, and ensure compliance with homologation processes while coordinating with international teams. Fluency in English is essential, with 10+ years of powertrain experience and strong project management skills.

Formación

• More than 10 years experience in powertrain development (design, tuning, software).
• More than 5 years experience in powertrain management.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Propose evolution plan of Powertrain units ensuring competitiveness and homologation compliance.
• Ensure product plan conformity with development process and workload capacity.
• Get a validated Budget, in coherence with target values, maximizing synergies with customers and partners.
• Drive the first steps of validation for each Project in order to secure the start of development phase.
• Drive the market studies to support the mid-term & long term product plan of the company.
