Horse Technologies, a division of Horse Powertrain Ltd, is seeking a Process Engineering PLM lead based in Valladolid, Spain. You will own and develop the PLM product roadmap, govern MES and SAP integrations, and drive Industry 4.0 digitalization.

You will manage end-to-end technology projects with internal and external stakeholders, monitor KPIs and data quality, and support change management and training.

Formación

• Must have proven track record in PLM, manufacturing systems, or industrial digitalization projects.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and system integrations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in PLM, Manufacturing Systems, or Industrial Digitalization projects, with experience managing digital transformation initiatives and system integrations.


• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Excellent skills in project management and stakeholder management.


• Strong competencies in business process analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with a collaborative approach.


• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.


• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be highly valued.
