Horse Powertrain Ltd is seeking a Learning & Development Programme Manager to translate the L&D roadmap into annual plans and deliver global programmes from Madrid. You will coordinate vendors, oversee LMS operations and drive adoption across several countries.
Applicants should have a track record in multinational L&D, strong stakeholder management, and data‑driven reporting using Power BI/HR Analytics. English fluency is essential; Spanish is valued.
