Horse Powertrain Ltd is seeking a Learning & Development Programme Manager to translate the L&D roadmap into annual plans and deliver global programmes from Madrid. You will coordinate vendors, oversee LMS operations and drive adoption across several countries.

Applicants should have a track record in multinational L&D, strong stakeholder management, and data‑driven reporting using Power BI/HR Analytics. English fluency is essential; Spanish is valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate studies are valued.
• Proven track record in global L&D programme management and LMS administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and learning programme delivery.
• Strong project management and data‑driven reporting (Power BI/HR Analytics) with collaboration.
• Experience in multinational environments with cross‑functional teams & vendors.
• Excellent command of English; Spanish valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate content vendors, ensuring quality, prioritization and SLA compliance.
• Oversee LMS operations, content administration and data integrity.
• Support the launch and operation of Corporate, Industry and Technology Academies.
• Drive deployment and adoption of learning programmes across multiple countries.
• Monitor compliance training completion and elevate risks or gaps.
• Produce KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement of learning processes.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate studies are valued.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and learning programme delivery.
• Strong competencies in project management and data-driven reporting (Power BI/HR Analytics), with a collaborative approach.
• Experience working in multinational environments with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued.
