IPC is seeking a Transformation Program Manager to join the Transformation Team in Madrid (with global collaboration to New York). You will own strategic and customer-facing transformation programs, manage risks, budgets and reporting, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to track pipeline health and revenue impact.

You will coordinate multiple client accounts, align on deadlines, dependencies and milestones, and translate requirements into actionable deployment plans across

Qualificações

• Fluent English, written and spoken, with cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects in a B2B tech/services environment.
• Experience with CRM/CPQ platforms and pipeline reporting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic and transformation projects including customer-facing programs from planning to contract signature and handover.
• Manage portfolio of program risks and mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget; develop status criteria and reporting.
