Overview of the Team

The Transformation Team at IPC coordinates major growth and transformation initiatives, partnering closely with the leadership team and the Board to prioritize investments and resources that help IPC achieve its full potential. Its portfolio includes customer-facing programs delivered directly with some of IPC’s largest clients.

To support the team’s growth and meet its evolving priorities and targets, we are expanding our headcount and seeking several people to join the Transformation Team in New York and Madrid. This position reports to the Director, Transformation, who is based in Madrid, Spain.

Role Overview:
  • Own strategic and transformation projects within IPC Transformation, including customer-facing programs delivered with IPC’s clients, from resource allocation, and project and portfolio-level oversight, monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage portfolio of program risks and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure group’s strategy, priorities and projects are being delivered on time and on budget
  • Develop data-based status and health criteria, drive transparent and consistent status reporting
  • Own transformation and change programs spanning commercial and GTM functions (sales enablement, pipeline and revenue operations)
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leadership to track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and the commercial impact of transformation initiatives as part of the portfolio
  • Act as the accountable project manager on several client accounts at once, owning the critical path from first engagement through contract signature, implementation and handover to service delivery
  • Work directly with client stakeholders — IT, information security, procurement, legal and business owners — alongside Account Executives, Systems Engineers and executive sponsors, keeping every party aligned on dates, dependencies and decisions
  • Translate technical and commercial requirements into executable plans: deployment options (cloud, hybrid or on-premises), implementation phasing (lab, user acceptance, production), security and access requirements, and contractual milestones
  • Run the operating rhythm of fast-moving programs — daily stand-ups and weekly reviews — with clear escalation paths and a scoreboard showing, for each account, the date, the blocker and the ask
  • Manage a changing portfolio of clients, projects and circumstances, re-prioritizing quickly when deadlines, scope or client positions shift, without losing control of the overall plan
  • Provide visibility on resource capacity/capability across the portfolio, spanning IT, commercial, and GTM functions, to deliver the project portfolio and perform resource planning together with other stakeholders
  • Maintain master program schedule/milestones of Enterprise programs and projects
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting for projects and programs within the portfolio
  • Own executive status updates, report outs and risk documentation collected from all teams
  • Seek to improve the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of the organization’s program/project delivery capability
  • Own and ensure leverage of core program management processes and stage gate discipline (agile & waterfall) across all strategic programs and projects appropriately
  • Complex Data analysis to identify trends and provide remediation plans, alongside Process reengineering when needed
  • Build and maintain commercial KPI frameworks (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, revenue impact of transformation initiatives) alongside standard program RAG and milestone reporting
How You Will Make an Impact:

In this role you will be guiding large-scale change efforts that are aligned with strategic goals, improving efficiency, adopting cutting-edge technologies, and ensuring business agility. Your leadership not only delivers short-term project outcomes but also sets the foundation for long-term organizational growth and resilience. You will also work at the front line with IPC’s clients, turning complex migration and conversion programs into commitments delivered on time, across several accounts, technologies and stakeholders at once.

Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role:
  • As we are recruiting for several positions at different levels, we welcome candidates with a range of experience.
  • Typically, applicants will have three to five years of relevant experience; however, strong academic achievement may be considered where a candidate has less professional experience.
  • Candidates with up to eight years of relevant experience may also be well suited to our more senior opportunities.
  • As we are seeking several roles, we are looking for experience a range. A m. We are also looking for experienced individuals, so anyone with up to 8 years could suit our more senior roles.Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for degrees related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), business analytics, or finance
  • Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives
  • Effective and succinct communicator, verbal and written, with client-facing and executive audiences
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally in a B2B technology or services environment, and confidence leading conversations with senior client stakeholders
  • Ability to manage several clients, projects and priorities concurrently, adapting to changing circumstances while keeping deadlines and quality under control
  • Technology awareness: a working understanding of enterprise technology — cloud and on-premises deployment models, networks and connectivity, information security and access requirements, and implementation lifecycles — sufficient to engage credibly with technical teams on both sides
  • Sound judgement on escalation: knowing when to elevate, to whom, and with what recommendation
  • Fluent English, written and spoken; comfortable working across time zones with clients and teams in the Americas, EMEA and APAC, and willing to travel when required
  • Very advanced Excel skills
  • Data analysis
  • Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills, comfortable building and interrogating models (variance analysis, trend analysis, reconciliation to control totals), not just tracking a project plan
  • Experience supporting or running GTM/commercial programs, such as sales enablement rollouts, pipeline management processes, CRM/CPQ implementations, or revenue operations initiatives
  • Process redesign
  • Process improvement
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work seamlessly across the organization with high-level orchestration, influence and listening skills
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes would be a plus.
  • Telecommunication network infrastructure.
  • Experience with CRM/CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline/funnel reporting
  • Exposure to sales enablement or revenue operations functions
  • Exposure to trading communications, voice or unified communications platforms, or other regulated financial services technology
  • Experience with contract renewal, subscription or migration programs (e.g., maintenance-to-subscription or on-premises-to-cloud transitions)
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 or an agile equivalent)
  • Experience in financial services and/or technology industry experience is a plus but not mandatory requirement for this position.
