Cigna Healthcare in Madrid seeks a Health Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across the Provider Organization, partnering with technology, finance and analytics teams to transform operations. You will lead cross-functional projects from conception to delivery, develop governance and risk plans, and deliver executive updates.

This role reports to the Head of Strategy and Transformation, and requires a proactive, fast-paced approach in a global health environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Fluent in English; other languages beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, governance, and resources.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with budgets and risks.
• Monitor progress and address risks with corrective actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams and external partners.
• Prepare regular updates and executive presentations.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
