Job summary

IREN Spain seeks a Strategy & Transformation Associate to support the execution of strategic initiatives and the transformation roadmap across corporate, technology, and operations. You will contribute to planning, performance monitoring, market research, governance, and cross-functional coordination to drive scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; postgraduate studies in strategy or analytics valued.
• 2–4 years in strategy, transformation, consulting, or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with ability to structure information.
• Experience preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management, governance, and cross-functional coordination; interest in technology/infra sectors welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projects by preparing analyses and tracking progress.
• Assist in business case preparation, charters, status reports, and executive presentations.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, actions, and KPIs across projects.
• Coordinate with multiple functions to collect, validate, and structure information for decision-making.
• Conduct market and internal performance research to support planning and prioritisation.
• Support governance routines, meeting prep, minutes, and progress reporting.
