Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Iberia Talent & Organization team and seeks experienced Managers with a strong track record in HR transformation and organizational change. You will drive client engagements, oversee transformation programs, and contribute to business development efforts, shaping strategies and delivering high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.
• Proficiency in at least one other language.
• For Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with analytics is an asset.
• Advanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued.
• Experience in Change Management within S4H environments is valued.
• Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies.
• Managing client relationships, understanding challenges, and shaping tailored solutions.
• Overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Designing and implementing interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness using Accenture’s methodologies.
• Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop engagement strategies.
• Developing transformation roadmaps, including communication strategies and training programs.
• Measuring effectiveness of interventions using data-driven approaches and storytelling.
• Supporting business development by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding client relationships.
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
