Accenture PLC in Madrid is seeking an experienced Manager to lead HR transformation and organizational change projects within the Iberia Talent & Organization team. You will drive engagements, oversee programs, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic mindset to deliver high-impact transformation initiatives for prestigious clients.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.
• Proficiency in at least one other language is required.
• For Barcelona office, Catalan proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies.
• Manage client relationships, understand challenges, and tailor solutions.
• Oversee execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Design and implement interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness using Accenture methodologies.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop engagement strategies.
• Develop transformation roadmaps including communication strategies and training programs.
• Measure effectiveness of interventions using data-driven approaches and storytelling.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding client relationships.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster high performance.
