Allianz Services, part of Allianz Group, seeks an experienced Strategy Consultant to shape digital and transformation programs across global entities. You will lead initiatives in market entry, growth, and operations improvement, leveraging AI tools to deliver impact.

The role requires deep strategic thinking, senior stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Spanish, with a focus on financial services. A hybrid work model and international mobility opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, strategy, or related field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience, with 3–5 years in strategy/management consulting.
• Demonstrate knowledge of AI frameworks and AI adoption for business transformation.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, planning, and market analysis skills.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead engagements.
• Experience in change management, organizational design, and transformation programs.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
• Financial services industry experience mandatory; insurance experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver strategic consulting services to Allianz Group entities focusing on transformation and operational excellence.
• Lead market entry, growth strategy, digital transformation, and organizational redesign initiatives.
• Analyze business models, landscapes, and customer insights to inform decisions.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to align goals and plans.
• Support change management and implementation planning for strategic programs.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development.
• Drive business development including proposals and client relationships.
