Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for Global Financial Services in Madrid, focusing on capital markets, insurance, and banking solutions. The TAM will partner with customers to drive adoption of AWS services, manage incidents, and lead cross-domain technical strategy.

The role emphasizes proactive operational excellence, DevSecOps, AI strategy, and working with senior technology leaders to define success and risk frameworks.

Formación

• Experience in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• Fluent in Spanish; strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience as a technical lead in external enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Not directly hands-on in the customer's environment; coordinate with engineers to resolve issues.
• Proactively drive adoption and use of AWS services across multiple technology domains.
• Represent AWS with customers and senior leadership, guiding strategy and risk management.
• Define and maintain operational frameworks (DevSecOps, Operational Excellence, TO Models) for each customer.
• Perform application-specific reviews, proactive monitoring, and craft runbooks to keep environments healthy.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and surface insights for customers.
• Help customers adopt AWS generative AI services to modernise operations and drive measurable outcomes.
• Use AI agents for workload discovery, reviews, and resilience assessments to inform strategic actions.
