Trade Nation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will own end-to-end recruitment across functions, partnering with hiring managers to build high-quality pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience, strong with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and a proactive ownership mindset to influence hiring strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions (tech, commercial, operations, corporate).
• Proficient with ATS (Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Create engaging job descriptions and ads.
• Source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and talent databases.
• Conduct screening interviews and provide structured feedback to the ATS.
• Manage offers, salary benchmarking, and pre-boarding.
• Advise managers on interview techniques and assessment.
• Track metrics like time-to-hire and pipeline health.
• Collaborate on employer branding and talent programmes.
• Maintain accurate ATS records.
