bsport is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to run and optimize our recruitment engine in a fast-growing wellness tech company. You will lead a team of three recruiters across GTM, Generalist and Tech roles, setting KPIs, coaching, and ensuring delivery against hiring plans.

This hands-on management role requires improving sourcing and assessment, giving leadership clear visibility on hiring performance and risks, and stepping into senior searches when needed.

Formación

• Proven track record leading recruiters and improving recruitment performance through KPIs and data.
• Experience recruiting in mid-sized SaaS or fast-moving technology environments.
• Strong direct experience in technical recruitment, including engineering talent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of three recruiters with clear KPIs and growth paths.
• Translate hiring plans into recruitment activity and sourcing strategies.
• Provide visibility on hires, pipeline health, risks and blockers to leadership.
• Strengthen internal sourcing to reduce agency dependency and improve tech pipeline.
• Build structured intake, clear hiring bars, and consistent assessment processes.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to address hiring challenges with data and market insight.
