Trading-21 is hiring an Operations Manager to build the operational infrastructure behind recruiting and make the Talent function scalable, measurable, and well-run. You will report to the Head of Operations, Talent, as the second in the function, owning systems, processes, and reporting.

This role is for an early-career professional who can enter an undefined environment, identify gaps, and translate ambiguity into practical solutions.

Formación

• A strong academic foundation in a quantitative discipline.
• Excellent structured thinking and analytical ability.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Evidence of independently owning projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Ability to operate effectively with limited direction.
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the wider objective.
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
• A clear bias towards action.
• An interest in systems, processes, automation and data.
• A strong background in SQL, Python or workflow automation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own our ATS, recruiting tools, and wider recruiting infrastructure.
• Map workflows, identify gaps, and build effective processes.
• Identify repetitive work and implement scalable solutions.
• Build dashboards and reporting on funnel performance and velocity.
• Ensure recruiting data is accurate, structured, and usable for decision-making.
• Design and operationalize scalable hiring initiatives.
• Ensure the candidate journey is consistent, efficient, and high quality.
• Collaborate with Talent, hiring managers, People, and other functions to ensure processes work in practice.
• Proactively identify what is broken and what to build next.
