Formación

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Resourcing in fast-paced, multi-site or retail environments.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple business areas.
• Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and People & Culture stakeholders.
• Success in workforce planning, talent attraction, employer branding and recruitment process optimisation.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience supporting growth, transformation or large-scale hiring programmes.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to align talent decisions with business objectives.
• High level of English and Spanish; Portuguese advantageous.
• Experience using recruitment technologies, ATS platforms and talent sourcing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Talent Acquisition strategies across Iberia, aligning with regional priorities and workforce needs.
• Partner with People & Culture and leaders to anticipate hiring demand and develop proactive attraction solutions.
• Ensure recruitment supports growth, succession planning and long-term talent requirements.
• Drive performance through workforce planning, talent pipelining and market mapping.
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes, efficiency and quality through continuous improvement.
• Build credible relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across Iberia.
• Advise on Talent Acquisition matters with expertise on markets, strategies and best practices.
• Support leaders in making objective, high-quality hiring decisions.
• Influence stakeholders to ensure effective workforce and talent decisions.
• Lead internal recruitment and talent movement processes across Iberia.
• Identify and progress internal talent, supporting career development and succession.
• Ensure fair assessment processes across internal recruitment.
• Champion internal mobility as part of Primark's talent strategy.
• Provide TA leadership for new store openings and expansion projects.
• Develop recruitment plans for store launches; ensure candidate quality and readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and staffing needs.
• Deploy recruitment resources, suppliers and attraction strategies during growth.
• Champion employer brand across Iberia with consistent market messaging.
• Develop attraction strategies to strengthen pipelines for key audiences.
• Build external partnerships with education and talent networks to expand reach.
• Support regional/global employer branding initiatives with local adaptations.
• Deliver high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience across activities.
• Monitor recruitment performance via data, insights and metrics.
• Lead initiatives to improve hiring effectiveness and processes.
• Support TA technologies, systems and new ways of working.
• Promote governance and best practices across recruitment activities.
• Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers; pursue direct hiring where possible.
• Oversee recruitment expenditure and budget alignment.
• Seek ROI improvements across attraction and recruitment activities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal governance.
• Maintain fairness, inclusion and consistency in recruitment.
• Support diversity and inclusion through targeted attraction strategies.
