Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Intern to support cross-country procurement projects in an international hospitality setting. You will gain hands-on exposure to sourcing activities, supplier management, data analysis, contract administration, and procurement best practices.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with an academic institution
• Strong analytical mindset and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset and adaptability
• Able to work in a global, matrixed organization
• Excellent English communication skills (German nice-to-have)
• Thinks strategically and shows curiosity to learn

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of approved procurement contracts
• Leading commercial negotiations and drafting contractual agreements with suppliers
• Performing financial analysis on supplier proposals and RFPs for various projects, products, and services
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality sources
• Facilitating communication with hotels, suppliers, and internal departments
• Assisting in processes for new supplier and product approvals
• Cataloguing approvals in the GPP Marketplace
• Assisting with other procurement and administrative activities as required

Job Description

The Strategic Sourcing Intern will support the Strategic Sourcing team in the execution of procurement projects across multiple categories and countries. This role offers hands‑on exposure to sourcing activities, supplier management, data analysis, contract administration, and procurement best practices within an international hospitality environment.

The position reports directly to the GPP CESEE Strategic Sourcing Director.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of approved procurement contracts
• Leading commercial negotiations and drafting contractual agreements with suppliers
• Performing financial analysis on supplier proposals and RFPs for various projects, products, and services
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve problems and guarantee high-quality, reliable sources of supply and information
• Facilitating communication with hotels, suppliers, and internal departments
• Assisting in the processes for new supplier and product approvals
• Cataloguing approvals in the GPP Marketplace
• Assisting with other procurement and administrative activities as required
