NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Specialist to manage contract services, ensure client satisfaction, and uphold profitability across medium to large client accounts. You will lead governance, drive service activation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery, improvements, and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or related field (required).
• ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher) preferred.
• PMI/PMP certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Owns service governance, schedules and runs service management review meetings.
• Manages client relationships and service activation activities.
• Monitors service delivery performance and prepares delivery reports.
• Coordinates change requests, invoices, and contract changes.
• Drives service improvement plans and escalation management.
