The role emphasizes data-driven oversight, AI-enabled reporting, and scalable processes to drive growth and customer satisfaction across Cisco’s diverse client base.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with required years of experience as stated.
• Experience delivering service across multiple accounts with financial oversight.
• Proven track record in data analytics and automation/AI tooling.
• Experience presenting financial metrics to executive stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales or Technical Support.

Responsabilidades

• Own service delivery plans balancing financial health, resources, and customer objectives.
• Manage financial approvals—scope, pricing, margins—to stay on budget.
• Lead QBRs and workshops presenting metrics and value.
• Drive AI-driven reporting and automated resource planning.
• Shape long-term delivery strategies aligning with Cisco’s portfolio.
• Coordinate across technical teams, Sales, and CXMs for unified delivery.
