NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of managed services for clients, ensuring SLA compliance and contract profitability. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, proactive client communication, and governance alignment across multiple sites and offerings.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in managed services, ITIL, and project management, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or related field.
• ITIL certification preferred; PMP or similar project management cert preferred.
• Seasoned experience delivering managed services and client management.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure services are delivered per SLAs and service definitions.
• Serve as primary client contact for inquiries, escalations and feedback.
• Tailor services to client business needs and objectives.
• Ensure contract profitability and service quality across multiple sites.
