Hitachi Energy in Madrid is seeking a Project Planning and Controls Specialist to own planning and control activities on regional power projects, collaborating with project managers and senior planners. You bring about 4 years in Planning & Scheduling and Project Controls, strong Earned Value Analysis, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel, with fluent English and Spanish.

This role offers a technically strong environment at the ES regional office and opportunities to deepen expertise in project

Formación

Around 4 years of planning and scheduling experience in engineering or EPC environments.
Strong knowledge of Earned Value Analysis and S-curves; Primavera P6 is highly valued.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
Structured, organized, and able to manage priorities independently.
Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish (German is a plus).

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain project schedules for delivery projects.
Prepare, update, and analyze current and forecasted schedules.
Monitor project costs, resources, and risks, supporting timely decisions.
Identify potential delays and support mitigation actions with project teams.
Prepare reports such as S-curves, OTD, earned value, and critical path; proactively highlight deviations and risks.
Collaborate with project leadership to apply and improve Project Controls practices.
Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
