Airswift is seeking a Lead Planning Engineer in Madrid to lead integrated project scheduling for major EPC and PMC projects across oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, power and infrastructure. The role focuses on CPM scheduling, progress measurement and schedule risk management using Primavera P6, with broad exposure from engineering through start-up.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 15 years of project planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience on major EPC/PMC projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and maintenance of integrated project schedules.
• Set planning standards, procedures and reporting.
• Align engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up activities.
• Review contractor schedules, logic sequences, resource loading and critical path activities.
• Monitor schedule performance and forecast milestone achievement.
• Produce weekly and monthly planning reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate planning interfaces with contractors and project stakeholders.
• Lead planning review meetings and workshops.
