Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. is seeking a Project Planning and Controls Specialist in Madrid to own planning, scheduling, and performance reporting on regional projects. You will develop schedules and support decision-making across cross-functional teams.

Role requires about 4 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling and Project Controls, with proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and MS Office, and fluency in English and Spanish; German is a plus.

Formación

• 4 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling and Project Controls.
• Experience with Earned Value Analysis and S-curves.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project schedules for delivery projects.
• Prepare, update, and analyze current and forecasted schedules.
• Monitor project costs, resources, and risks, supporting timely decision-making.
• Identify potential delays and support mitigation actions with project teams.
• Prepare reports and analyses such as S-curves, earned value, and critical path.
• Collaborate with project leadership to apply and improve project controls practices.
