Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Operations Program Manager to join the CSO Strategy & Operations team in Barcelona. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage programs, and partner with Sales, Product, Technology and Insights to enable service teams and improve client retention.

The role emphasizes analytics, KPI monitoring, and the creation of guidance and enablement resources. You will interact with senior leaders and drive coordination across diverse stakeholders in a global company.

Responsabilidades

• Lead initiatives within CSO Strategy & Operations and identify opportunities to improve retention performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Insights to deliver coordinated programs to service teams.
• Produce and monitor operational and planning reports for senior leaders (quarterly reviews, monthly updates).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive business improvements.
