Job summary

Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. seeks a Senior Program Manager to own strategy, planning, and rhythm-of-business for AMOC INTL across EU, India, LATAM, Australia, and new markets.

You will set long-range plans, collaborate with pillar leaders, and drive expansion workstreams with a focus on scaling four service pillars. The role requires leading complex, cross-regional initiatives, producing executive-ready updates, and aligning stakeholders across NA, LATAM, APAC, EU RME, Procurement, and Global

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy, program operations, or planning at scale.
• Ability to translate cross-functional inputs into executive-ready narratives.
• Proven ownership of multi-year planning cycles and cadence.

Responsibilities

• Own AMOC INTL’s strategy and planning rhythm end-to-end across pillars and regions.
• Drive country-market expansion with repeatable launch models and SOP templates.
• Define and govern cross-pillar data definitions and KPI sets for unified reporting.
• Standardize SOPs and operating models across hubs to enable follow-the-sun coverage.
• Partner with Finance and senior leaders to align headcount with network launches.
