This individual contributor role sets standards across pillars and regions, drives country launches, defines the cross-pillar data vocabulary, and aligns stakeholders to connect launches with headcount and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of strategy, program/operations, or planning at large-scale scope.
• Experience creating executive narratives, reviews, and reporting.
• Ability to influence across multiple teams and regions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own AMOC INTL strategy and planning end-to-end across pillars and regions.
• Drive country-market expansions and productize repeatable launch models.
• Define data governance and a unified cross-pillar data vocabulary.
• Standardize SOPs and operating models across hubs with follow-the-sun planning.
• Partner with Finance and senior stakeholders to tie launches to headcount and gearing.
