Q‑tech seeks a Product Owner to bridge energy operations and software development for a BESS-focused platform in Barcelona. You will own parts of the product end to end, from discovery to delivery, starting by learning the product and user base across its platform areas.

You will work closely with the Head of Innovation and Product Designer, shaping the roadmap, defining features, and collaborating with engineering to ensure delivery and quality.

Formación

• 3–5 years in a product role (Product Owner, BA or similar).
• Experience in energy sector: renewables, battery storage, grid ops or related.
• Familiarity with agile methods and tools.
• Ability to translate complex needs into practical requirements.
• Experience with user research or prototyping.
• Experience with data analytics or data-driven products.

Responsabilidades

• Talk to asset managers and operators to understand daily challenges.
• Turn insights into proposals to shape the roadmap.
• Define features end to end: epics, stories, rules and acceptance criteria.
• Build and test prototypes with the Product Designer.
• Own and prioritise the backlog for your area.
• Collaborate with engineering: hand over requirements and clarify doubts.
• Review finished work from a product perspective and accept it.
• Support Sales and Delivery with product/domain knowledge as needed.
