Job summary

Flowserve in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own end-to-end procurement operations, manage POs, coordinate suppliers, and ensure on-time deliveries using ERP systems. Experience managing Purchase Orders and supplier relationships.
Analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and expedite Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate documentation and delivery dates.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delays, order changes, and delivery issues.
Resolve pricing, quantity, invoice, and goods receipt discrepancies.
Support sourcing activities, quotation analysis, and supplier negotiations.
Maintain accurate supplier and material data in ERP systems.
Identify supply risks and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
KPIs include PO placement time, MRP exceptions, past-due POs, invoice and goods receipt discrepancy resolution, and cost reduction.
